Game Day Artichoke Dip

This cheesy, savory dip is an over-the-top snack for your next get together -- and we promise you it will vanish fast! We like to serve this with sliced french bread or baked pita chips. This recipe makes 8 servings.

COOK TIME: 30 minutes

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
2 cups chopped oil-marinated artichoke hearts, with the oil
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Freshly chopped chives, for garnish

Preheat your oven to 375 F.

Add all ingredients except for the chives to a food processor; pulse until slightly chunky. Pour mixture into an 8" x 8" glass baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until the dip is bubbling. Let stand for a few minutes before garnishing with chives and serving.
